Use the Register Here link on the official group page to access the ShareWell community and Zoom session. Skip the paid unlimited offer because PSI groups are free. Arrive on time; attendance is capped at 16, and entry closes when capacity is reached or talk time begins.

About this service

This free virtual group is led by trained peer facilitators with lived experience. Participants can discuss perinatal stress, overwhelm, identity changes, anxiety, depression, newborn-care challenges, coping, and healing in a confidential, judgment-free setting. No diagnosis is required.
