Submit the detailed online application for matching. Applications for the next published session are open through September 15, 2026, and space is limited.
Who this service helps
Parent caregiver of a child age 12–25 with a diagnosed eating disorder; the child must receive regular medical-stability monitoring, and the caregiver must be enrolled in or have completed F.E.A.S.T. 30 Days.

F.E.A.S.T. matches eligible parent caregivers with trained, experienced caregiver mentors for weekly one-to-one peer support, skills, education, and resource guidance. Mentors provide lived-experience support and do not offer medical advice or treatment recommendations.
