How to get help
Submit the Case Management Intake Form. A representative emails within five business days and may offer email support or a one-to-one appointment. Clients may receive up to three calls before case closure; appointments may be two to three weeks out depending on availability.

Project HEAL's Case Management Program provides focused, short-term help completing applications and navigating care, providers, benefits, food, transportation, housing, and other resources that can support an eating-disorder care or healing plan. It is a bridge to sustained resources and is not direct therapy.
