How to get help
Complete the recovery group interest form, then register from the monthly email at least four hours before the session. The Zoom join link is emailed about 15 minutes before the group begins; late admission is not allowed.

Adults age 18 and older; no formal eating-disorder diagnosis is required.

ANAD's general groups provide confidential virtual spaces where adults at any stage of an eating-disorder healing journey can connect and receive peer support from trained volunteers with lived recovery experience.
