How to get help
Complete the group interest form, then register from the monthly email at least four hours before the session. The Zoom join link is emailed about 15 minutes before the group begins; late admission is not allowed.

LGBTQIA+ adults age 18 and older; no formal eating-disorder diagnosis is required.

ANAD provides a confidential virtual peer group where LGBTQIA+ adults navigating body-image concerns, disordered eating, eating disorders, or recovery can find community and support from trained volunteers with lived recovery experience.
