Foundation 45's Interlude45 program offers weekly general mental health support groups, a Women of Color support group, an LGBTQIA+ support group, a substance-use recovery group, and monthly art-therapy sessions. The current public nonprofit campaign page states that all groups are led by master's-level Licensed Professional Counselors.
