UT Southwestern provides psychiatric evaluation and customized depression treatment using medication, individual, group, and family therapy, psychoanalysis, marriage and family counseling, behavioral and lifestyle approaches, and brain-stimulation treatments such as ECT and TMS when clinically appropriate. The program treats common, severe, and treatment-resistant forms of depression and offers expert consultation to community mental health providers and their patients.
