Apply through the official portal when the monthly application window is open and submit all required documents in PDF format. A case manager schedules intake after submission; applying does not guarantee funding.

Dallas or Collin County residents who meet the posted extremely-low-income limit and all current lease, hardship, documentation, prior-assistance, and housing-status requirements. Voucher holders and specified shared-housing arrangements are excluded from the posted cycle.
