Mesa Springs' outpatient program treats depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder through individualized plans that may include talk therapy, medication management, peer support, family education and counseling, mindfulness, wellness education, and dual-diagnosis care. The Partial Hospitalization Program meets in day or evening formats, and the Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured group treatment and recovery planning.
