How to get help

Complete and return the official request-for-services form before counseling or case management can be scheduled. Forms may be submitted to the Counseling & Wellness Center or Student Affairs staff; services are by appointment only.

The UNT Dallas Counseling & Wellness Center supports mental and emotional health through individual and group counseling, case management, wellness education, annual awareness programs, workshops, and community referrals. Counseling addresses concerns such as relationships, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, anger, major life changes, and other emotionally difficult situations.
