How to get help
Call 817-257-7863 to schedule an initial or non-crisis appointment. Crisis counseling is available through the main office during published hours. For counseling by phone at any time, call the separate 24/7 helpline at 817-257-7233.
Who this service helps
Fully enrolled, degree-seeking TCU undergraduate students and graduate students enrolled in course lectures or classes. Couples or family-therapy requests require each center client to be an eligible fully enrolled student, except for limited couples counseling at the medical-school satellite site.

Center services are covered by tuition for eligible students. The partnered intensive outpatient program is not covered by tuition and is generally billed through insurance.
