New students begin through the online Enroll Now page. A representative helps establish the school account and complete online enrollment; campus computers and Admissions assistance are available for applicants who need access.
Who this service helps
Applicants must be ages 18–50 and reside in an officially listed county. Students may apply with or without a GED. New students in Travis and surrounding counties take in-person classes.

The Excel Center combines Texas high-school graduation coursework with whole-person support and requires students to complete coursework through the Goodwill Career & Technical Academy or another institution that can lead to an industry-recognized certification.
