Who this service helps
For a Texas divorce in which the spouses have no children together who are younger than 18 or still in high school and the matter can be completed by agreement or default. The standard residency rule requires one spouse to have lived in Texas for the prior six months and in the filing county for the prior 90 days, subject to special statutory circumstances.
