Identify the underlying SAPCR, modification, or enforcement case; complete the matching emergency motion and affidavit; follow the local court's filing and notice process; obtain and serve any signed TRO; and attend the scheduled temporary-injunction or temporary-orders hearing. Continue the underlying case because any resulting orders are temporary.

Limited to an emergency child-custody matter involving danger to a child. It is not intended for routine custody or child-support disputes, and CPS involvement is not required.
