How to get help
Contact the library with a specific request. For a certified legal source, provide the statute, rule, or case citation, the effective date when a prior version is needed, and a mailing address unless picking up. Confirm delivery format and pay after the library determines availability and charges.

Cost / fees
Photocopies, printed pages, and scans have a $5 service charge plus $0.25 per page; digital court records have a $5 service charge plus $5 per record; faxed documents have a $5 service charge plus $0.50 per page. Other certified-copy, shipping, tax, and large-request charges may apply.

The library can deliver eligible copies by pickup, mail, fax, or email and can provide certain appellate court records and certified copies of Texas statutes, regulations, and select appellate opinions.
