Texas Law does not publish direct public intake for this clinic. Clinics accept only a small number of cases and most use nonprofit referral or court appointment.

Clients with a lower-court decision for which Supreme Court review is sought, or a case before the Supreme Court after a grant of certiorari, whose matter is selected by the clinic.
