Texas Law does not publish direct public intake for this clinic. Clinics accept only a small number of cases and most accept matters through nonprofit referral or court appointment.
Who this service helps
Vulnerable individuals or groups of any faith facing a religious-liberty challenge whose matter is accepted by the clinic. Potential clients may include prisoners, religious institutions, students, employees, teachers, schools, sanctuary organizations, and immigrants.

Supervised students represent and advise clients in constitutional, statutory, discrimination, employment, land-use, institutionalized-person, trial, and appellate matters involving religious liberty.
