Provides eligible Tarrant County residents with case management, electric, gas or propane utility assistance, and HVAC service or repair. Separate veteran benefits may include rent or mortgage and HVAC help; Fort Worth-only veteran benefits may include home repairs or modifications. Programs and application windows change.
