About this service
Crisis Text Line offers empathetic, judgment-free support for stress, anxiety, loneliness, bullying, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and other mental-health challenges. A trained volunteer Crisis Counselor listens, asks questions, helps the person move toward calm, and may connect them with additional support, but does not provide medical advice.
