Entry occurs through progression in the DWC Recovery Program; prospective participants can submit the online program application or call DWC.

Level 4 DWC Recovery Program participants who have graduated from Haven House or Haven House Too and continue to meet recovery, employment, meeting, and residential requirements.

About this service
Abba House provides nine small efficiency apartments for Level 4 women, with or without children, who have graduated from a Haven House. The roughly three-month phase combines case management, mandatory meetings, part-time employment, budgeting, parenting, homemaking, self-esteem, and goal development.
