How to get help
Call 210-340-7971 ext. 1100, email [email protected], or submit the Family Counseling & Resource Center contact form. Staff state they respond within 24-48 business hours. Complete the new-client intake packet and bring insurance and applicable child-custody documents to the intake appointment.

Traditional Medicaid and Superior Health Medicaid are accepted for counseling. Grant funding makes counseling available at no cost for families without those plans, and no family is turned away due to inability to pay.
