How to get help
Complete the official application and submit it online, in person at the Domestic Relations Office, by mail to P.O. Box 1495, Austin, TX 78767, or through the email route listed on the page. Provide current contact information for the other parent.
Who this service helps
A parent or guardian who has been denied court-ordered visitation, has no pending custody or visitation litigation, and has a final Travis County order or an order transferred to Travis County. Both parents must be willing to participate.
