Parties to a civil dispute who are willing to participate in mediation. Criminal cases are excluded; legal advice may be needed to assess enforceability of an agreement.

About this service
Trained volunteer mediators facilitate communication so parties can develop their own resolution. The center mediates civil disputes including divorce and family matters, neighbor conflicts, child-support negotiations, landlord-tenant problems, and staff conflicts. It does not mediate criminal cases and does not decide the dispute like an arbitrator.
