Low-income survivors of family violence whose child-custody rights, safety, or related legal case is affected by international boundaries or threatened or actual international child abduction.

The project provides legal representation to low-income survivors through TRLA's free legal-aid system.
About this service
The project helps with Hague Convention applications, preventive custody orders, defense against Hague petitions by perpetrators, cross-border legal guidance, coordination with service providers in the United States and Mexico, and other violence-related cases affected by international activity.
