Call TRLA's general legal-services hotline at 956-996-8752 for guidance through the application, or complete the Education/Juvenile Justice initial screening form when the issue fits that pathway. The screening form is only the first application stage.

The project helps youth understand and protect rights to a safe home, medical and dental care, records, and participation in medical decisions. It also addresses financial, housing, and employment issues that arise while aging out of foster care. Related youth assistance may cover homelessness, CPS records, public benefits, education, special education, and juvenile-justice issues.
