How to get help
During business hours, contact the regular CommUnityCare primary care clinic for a same-day referral if needed. After hours and on weekends, patients may use Hancock or Southeast Convenient Care on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adults and pediatric patients age 6 months or older. Insured and uninsured patients are accepted, including people who are not established CommUnityCare patients.
